Risk Analysis: SLNC LNG/Container Barge

HEC designed the container stowage foundations and installation for a Schuyler Line Navigation Company (SLNC) deck cargo barge. Following that work, HEC served as the design manager for the addition of LNG Type C cargo tanks to the barge, along with the cargo handling system. HEC conducted the structural design, auxiliary system design, and stability analyses for both intact and damaged conditions. HEC also participated as part of the risk analysis team. (2019-2020)
