Site Office Support

New Builds: Nassco Site Office Mgmt – KANALOA Class

HEC provides site office support to owners for newbuild and conversion projects. We can help staff the site office with existing HEC employees as well as subcontractors from an extensive network of industry experts. Past projects where we have offered site office support include newbuild projects on both the West and East coasts of the U.S., scrubber installation projects in China, and FPSO conversion projects in Europe. We also regularly participate in design review meetings in South Korea to assist owners during the initial design phase of a new ship. Additionally, we support owners during vessel construction by witnessing and verifying performance during key milestone activities such as incline tests and speed trials. (2019-2022)
