Engineering: Brenton Reef N2 Generator Installation

HEC supported SeaBulk Tankers in evaluating and installing a new Nitrogen (N2) Generator system onboard the Brenton Reef to expand its cargo list. After conducting a preliminary feasibility study, we developed a detailed scope of work covering ship checks, design engineering, and regulatory approvals to ensure smooth system integration. Our efforts included creating necessary piping diagrams, structural modifications, and electrical connections, along with obtaining ABS approvals for the installation. This comprehensive support ensures the successful retrofit of the N2 Generator system and its seamless operation for the client. (2023-2025)
